Texted Back automatically sends an SMS to callers whose call to your Texted Back number goes unanswered, forwards their reply to you, and logs the lead. We set the service up for you and customise the SMS to your business.
A valid payment card is required at signup and is stored by Stripe, our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the end of your free trial. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it's resolved.
Cancel any time by contacting us — no notice period, no exit fees. You'll be billed for the current month up to the cancellation date; no partial refunds for time already paid for.
You must remove any call forwarding to your Texted Back number within 14 days of cancellation or offboarding. After this window, we may release and reassign the number to another customer. We are not liable for any calls or messages received on a number once it has been reassigned.
You must provide accurate details, use the service for lawful business purposes only, and have the right to direct your callers' communications to the service (for example, via your phone settings or business listings). You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing.
We aim for the auto-text to send within 30 seconds of a missed call, but delivery depends on mobile networks and carriers and is not guaranteed. We don't guarantee any number of leads or jobs. The service depends on third-party providers (including Twilio and Stripe) and may be briefly unavailable during outages or maintenance.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the email or mobile on your account. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions: hello@textedback.com.au.
